Enterprise Class Technology  
Beyond savings on personnel and space, you can also receive substantial savings on state-of-the-art business technology usually available only to larger business entities.  For example, Cisco’s Callmanager technology for VOIP is prohibitively expensive for a single independent office suite, but MEC makes this technology available in each individual suite.  Similarly, a T-1 Internet connection is significantly faster than a DSL or cable modem connection, but it also costs five to seven times more each month.  At MEC, you will receive the power of a T-1 connection for less than the cost of a DSL connection elsewhere.  
   
Telecommunications  
Martindale Executive Centre also offers telecommunication cost savings.  For instance, other providers bill long distance calls in one minute increments.  This means that leaving an 18 second voicemail costs the same amount as a 58 second conversation.  They both cost one full minute.  MEC bills long distance calls in six second increments.  In other words, an 18 second call only bills for 18 seconds (.30 minutes).  At a hypothetical billing rate of ten cents per minute, other providers charge ten cents for the 18 second call.  MEC only charges three cents for same call.  That's  a 70 percent savings.  Furthermore, MEC offers local calling, voicemail, and unified messaging at highly competitive rates.
