Reserve Your Premiere Suite at Martindale Executive Centre

1. We will discuss the nature of your business to ensure that Martindale Executive Centre is appropriate for your business. 

2. After completing an application for lease and credit approval, we will sign a reservation agreement with you for the suite of your choice.

3. We will discuss what phone number(s) you would prefer to use at Martindale Executive Centre.  It is generally possible to reserve phone numbers; however, we cannot guarantee the phone number of your choice due to potential issues with changing service providers. 

4. You will have the option to select a customized furnishing package for your reserved suite.  We will have a whole gallery of the latest furniture to choose from.  For a nominal fee, we will order and install furnishings in your suite before your lease begins.   

5. There is a refundable $1000 reservation deposit and a $25 fee for the credit check. 

After Martindale Executive Centre receives its certificate of occupancy, you will have ten days to decide whether or not you want to maintain or discontinue your reservation.  Your deposit is fully refundable until and including this decision period.  If you choose to continue your reservation after the decision period, your deposit becomes non-refundable.  However, your deposit will be applied to your first month's rent and security deposit when your lease begins.
